Dr. Llanto is the Chairman of ISHUC and Chairman of the Department of Urology at Perpetual Help Medical Center. He is affiliated with different hospitals in Makati, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and Laguna. A urology graduate of the prestigious National Kidney Institute, Dr. Llanto also has an MBA-H degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. 

Dr. Pagtakhan is the President and one of the founders of ISHUC. A urology graduate of St. Luke's Medical Center, Dr. Pagtakhan is currently the Section Chief of Urology at Pasay General Hospital and one of the south's leading urologists, with his scope of practice covering Cavite and Pasay. 

Dr. Florentino is the Vice-President of ISHUC and a urology graduate of the National Kidney Institute. His area of practice covers Laguna, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Makati. 

Dr. Hurtado is the Corporate Secretary of ISHUC and a urology graduate of the National Kidney Insititute. His area of practice covers Laguna, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa.

Dr. Lua is the Treasurer of ISHUC. A urology graduate of St. Luke's Medical Center, he is also the current Section Chief of Urology at Gen Tri Doctors Hospital and holds a degree of Masters in Hospital Administration from PCU. His area of practice covers Cavite and Las Piñas. 

Dr. Tamayo is the Medical Director of ISHUC. An anesthesiology graduate of The Medical City, she is currently the Training Officer of the Department of Anesthesiology at Perpetual Medical Center. Dr. Tamayo also holds an MBA degree from the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.
