Dr. Hurtado, Chairman and Head of Information and Technology Systems at ISHUC, is a dedicated urologist committed to both patient care and innovation. He trained at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute and provides expert care in Laguna, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa. Pursuing an MBA, he is focused on advancing ISHUC’s technology and strategy, ensuring that smart solutions enhance patient care and improve efficiency. His leadership is guiding ISHUC toward a future where innovation and compassionate healthcare go hand in hand. With a clear vision and a drive for progress, he is dedicated to shaping a healthcare system that is both modern and patient-centered. Dr. Pagtakhan currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ISHUC. A seasoned urologist, he trained at St. Luke's Medical Center and now leads as the Section Chief of Urology at Pasay General Hospital. With a well-established practice spanning Cavite, Pasay, and Las Piñas, he is recognized as one of the south’s leading urologists. In addition to his clinical expertise, he oversees ISHUC’s operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of patient care. His strategic leadership and hands-on management have been instrumental in strengthening partnerships and driving the organization’s growth. Committed to both medical excellence and leadership, Dr. Pagtakhan is currently pursuing an MBA to further enhance his expertise in healthcare management.

Dr. Llanto serves as the Medical Director and Chief Finance Officer of ISHUC and Chairman of the Department of Urology at Perpetual Help Medical Center. With affiliations across major hospitals in Makati, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and Laguna, he brings both expertise and strategic leadership to the field. A graduate of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute’s prestigious urology program, he also holds an MBA in Health from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. His leadership is instrumental in shaping ISHUC’s strategic direction, with a focus on efficiency, excellence, and patient-centered care. Committed to advancing medical practice and healthcare management, he continuously seeks ways to improve patient outcomes and institutional growth.

Dr. Lua is the Vice President and Head of Procurement and Inventory at ISHUC. A urologist by training, he graduated from East Avenue Medical Center and later pursued an MHA to bridge clinical expertise with healthcare management. He is currently taking up his MBA while also serving as Section Chief of Urology at Gen Tri Doctors Hospital. His practice covers Cavite and Las Piñas. With a strong focus on resource management, he ensures ISHUC remains well-equipped to meet the demands of healthcare providers. His expertise keeps ISHUC prepared to deliver seamless, high-standard medical care.

Dr. Florentino is the Corporate Secretary of ISHUC and Head of Human Resources. A urology graduate of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute, he practices across Laguna, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Makati. Currently pursuing an MBA, he is focused on strengthening ISHUC’s organizational structure and workplace culture through collaboration and continuous improvement. His strategic approach to human resources strengthens the organization’s foundation, ensuring it adapts to industry changes while maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence.
